About us

unbottle. helps businesses find the bottlenecks slowing them down and remove them with practical AI and automation.

Our story

Technology tailored to your workflow.

Every business has a step where work waits.

A queue of invoices, a shared inbox, a spreadsheet only one person understands. We started unbottle. after decades of building software products and engineering teams, where we kept meeting the same pattern: capable people held up by one narrow neck in the process, and "the latest tech" pitched as the answer before anyone had looked at the work itself.

So we work the other way round. We find the bottleneck, remove it with practical AI and automation, keep people in charge of the decisions that matter, and prove the gain in numbers before we move on to the next one.

How we work

Four steps from bottleneck to flow.

  1. 01

    Map the workflow

We sit with your team and walk the real process, step by step. Together we agree what "better" means, in numbers.

  2. 02

    Find the constraint

We measure where work waits and name the one step that holds everything else up.

  3. 03

    Automate the fix

We build a working system on your real data, connect it to the tools you already use and add guardrails.

  4. 04

    Measure the gain

We track the numbers we agreed on, tune what needs tuning, then move on to the next bottleneck.
